RECOFTC Nepal Country Program (NCP) is organizing a 5-day training aimed at strengthening facilitation skills and participatory training design capacities among key stakeholders is essential to deepen the impact and sustainability of the project. By equipping local practitioners, community leaders and governance body members with practical tools and methodologies and skills and attitude to design and facilitate empowering processes, the project aims to institutionalize inclusive processes within conservation governance systems. The major objective of this programme is to strengthen the capacity of Nepal Country Program officers and partner organizations to design, deliver, and facilitate participatory, inclusive, and climate-responsive training and community engagement processes
